Target Information
CD49f (Integrin α6, ITGA6)는 인테그린 α 체인의 α6 단백질로, α 및 β 체인으로 구성된 세포막 단백질 복합체입니다. α6은 β4와 결합해 TSP180 인테그린을, β1과 결합해 VLA-6 인테그린을 형성합니다. 인테그린은 세포 부착 및 세포 표면 신호 전달에 관여하며, ECM(세포외기질)과 세포골격 간의 구조적·기능적 연결을 매개합니다. 이러한 신호는 성장인자 반응과 통합되어 세포 증식, 형태 변화, 이동성, 생존 등을 조절합니다. CD49f는 주로 상피세포에서 발현되며, 헤미데스모좀의 구조적 핵심 역할을 담당합니다. 포유류에서는 18개 이상의 α 서브유닛과 8개의 β 서브유닛이 다양한 스플라이스 변형 형태로 존재합니다. 일부 인테그린은 ICAMs와 같은 세포 간 접착 분자와 결합하여 세포 응집을 유도할 수 있습니다.
