Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색을 위해서는 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열한 뒤, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정이 필요합니다.
Target Information
Fibronectin은 230–250 kDa의 이황화결합된 이합체 단백질로, 결합조직과 혈관의 세포외기질에서 불용성 형태로 존재하며, 고분자량 중합체를 형성합니다.
배아 발생기와 조직 재형성 중에 가장 풍부하며, 혈장에서는 가용성 이합체 형태로 존재합니다.
Fibronectin은 세포 부착, 이동, 상처 치유, 혈액 응고, 숙주 방어 및 전이 과정에 관여합니다.
특히 비소세포성 폐암에서 발현이 증가하며, 암세포의 부착과 항암제 저항성에 영향을 미칩니다.
Fibronectin 유전자는 세 영역의 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 최대 20개의 전사 변이체를 생성할 수 있습니다.
