Target Information
CD15 (Lewis X, Le(x); stage specific embryonic antigen-1, SSEA-1)은 3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine으로 구성된 삼당체 결정으로, 다양한 세포 유형(예: 호중구, 비만세포, 단핵구, 대식세포, 위점막 세포, 신경계 세포, 종양세포 등)의 당지질, 당단백질, 프로테오글리칸에 발현됩니다.
Lewis X에는 sialyl-Lewis X, sulphated Lewis X 등의 변형체가 존재하며, Le(x) 항원이 높은 세포는 칼슘 의존적 Le(x)-Le(x) 상호작용을 통해 강한 자가응집성을 보입니다. 이 과정은 배아 압축 및 기형암 세포의 자가응집에도 관여합니다.
