Mouse anti-Pig Granulocytes antibody, clone 6D10, recognizes an approximately 60 kDa antigen on porcine granulocytes of the neutrophil lineage. This antibody serves as a reliable tool for analysis and isolation of granulocytes without contamination from other cell types.
Target Information
Granulocytes are a category of white blood cells characterized by the presence of granules in their cytoplasm. Also called polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN or PML), they have lobed nuclei typically divided into three segments. Neutrophil granulocytes are the most abundant type of granulocytes. Granulocytes or PMN are released from the bone marrow under regulation by complement proteins.
