• Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
• After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
• For FACS analysis: use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
• Rat anti-Mouse CD115 antibody, clone 604B5 2E11 recognizes the murine CD115 cell surface antigen, also known as M-CSF receptor (c-fms).

Target Information

CSF1R (FMS) is involved in the production, differentiation, and function of macrophages, and is implicated in promyelocytic leukemias. Ligand binding activates the receptor kinase through oligomerization and transphosphorylation.
CSF1R is a tyrosine kinase transmembrane receptor, member of the CSF1/PDGF receptor family. Mutations in CSF1R gene are associated with myeloid malignancy.
It acts as a cell-surface receptor for CSF1 and IL34, regulating survival, proliferation, and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells, especially mononuclear phagocytes. Promotes release of proinflammatory chemokines in response to IL34 and CSF1, playing a key role in innate immunity and inflammation.
The first intron of CSF1R contains a transcriptionally inactive ribosomal protein L7 processed pseudogene oriented in the opposite direction.
