• Reconstitution:
  Centrifuge the vial briefly before opening. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile distilled water or buffered solution containing 0.1% BSA. Divide into aliquots and store at ≤ -20°C. Further dilutions should be made in buffered solution with carrier protein (e.g., PBS + 0.1% BSA).

• Storage:
  Store lyophilized protein at 2–8°C, preferably desiccated. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at ≤ -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
