Cold Room

VacciXcell takes cold chain storage a step further by providing Cold Room design and construction services. Cold Rooms are used for the large scale storage of bioprocessing products including vaccines and biopharamaceuticals. VacciXcell Cold Rooms are designed for exceptional protection, energy efficiency, and operator ease.

VacciXcell Cold Rooms are also highly customizable, depending on the clients’ requirements and specifications.

• Panel System
  • Pre-fabricated, insulated, metal laminated panels best suited for freezing and chilling
  • Rigid Polyurethane Foam (RPUF) insulation
  • Pre-Painted Galvanised Steel (PPGS) or
  • Stainless Steel (SS) metal laminate
  • Joinery through cam locks and finished with a silicone sealant.
• Doors:
  • Pre-fabricated, insulated doors with great features
  • Swing, sliding, roll-up types
  • Non-corrosive, non-metallic hinges, door handles, and locks
  • Self-closing hinges
  • Audio alarm for ‘door-open’ condition
