The Crystal® L1 Robot Line is an automated system designed for filling stability batches, clinical batches, and niche product production. The equipment can fill up to 600 AT-Closed Vials® per hour.

Ready-to-Fill AT-Closed Vials® are processed in nests. They are automatically filled, laser re-sealed, and capped by the L1 Robot Line.

The Crystal® L1 Robot Line can be easily operated by a single person and is suitable for installation in different environments — from Grade B clean rooms in active or passive RABS up to Grade C surroundings when installed inside an isolator.

Multicontainer Equipment

The Crystal® SL1 Robot Line is designed to meet the challenge of flexible small-scale pharmaceutical filling with a capacity of up to 700 units/hour. Typical batch size exceeds 5,000 units per shift.

Fully compliant with cGMP requirements, the Crystal® SL1 Robot Line can process different kinds of ready-to-fill containers in nests (all formats of AT-Closed Vial®, prefillable syringe, and rubber stoppered vial) with minimal change-over time. All operations are performed by the robot equipped with specific tools.
