Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
Mox1 and gp91-phox (NOX2) are key components of the NADPH oxidase complex, responsible for superoxide generation in phagocytes, neuroepithelial bodies, vascular smooth muscle cells, and endothelial cells.
The complex includes:
- Membrane-bound flavocytochrome (gp91-phox and p22-phox)
- Cytosolic proteins (p47-phox, p67-phox)
Both gp91-phox and p22-phox act as O₂ sensors initiating signaling under hypoxic conditions.
gp91-phox is expressed in eosinophils, neutrophils, monocytes, and B-lymphocytes, while Mox1 is mainly detected in the colon, with low expression in uterus and prostate.
