PA1-985-HRP detects HA-tagged proteins in Western blot applications. This antibody is specific for the HA tag and does not detect other proteins.
Target Information
HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag) is an epitope tag used to localize gene products, study protein topology and complexes, identify associated proteins, and characterize low-abundance or poorly immunogenic proteins.
HA (hemagglutinin) is a surface glycoprotein derived from influenza hemagglutinin and is commonly expressed as a tag to aid identification and purification of tagged proteins for functional analysis.
HA tag antibodies facilitate protein detection and co-immunoprecipitation of tagged proteins.
