Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer periods, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

LHCGR encodes the receptor for luteinizing hormone and choriogonadotropin.
It belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor family (FSH/LH/TSH superfamily).
Functions as a gonadotropin receptor regulating Leydig cell development and male secondary sexual characteristics.
Mutations can cause disorders such as familial male precocious puberty and male pseudohermaphroditism.
