Target Information
IRF2는 interferon regulatory factor (IRF) 패밀리에 속하며, 세포 증식 및 면역 반응에 중요한 전사 조절 인자입니다.
IRF2는 type I IFN 및 IFN-유도 MHC class I 유전자의 상류 조절 영역(interferon consensus sequence, ICS)에 결합하여 해당 유전자의 전사를 억제합니다.
또한 IRF2는 NF-κB와의 상호작용을 통해 histone H4의 전사 활성화 인자로 기능하기도 합니다.
