Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MAPK10 (JNK3) is a neuronal-specific form of c-Jun N-terminal kinases (JNKs). It plays a key role in neuronal apoptosis and phosphorylates MAP2K4.
MAP kinases serve as integration points for multiple biochemical signals and are involved in processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation, and development.
Beta-arrestin 2 interacts with and stimulates phosphorylation of JNK3 by MAP kinase kinase 4 (NhpK4).
Cyclin-dependent kinase 5 can phosphorylate and inhibit JNK3 activity, potentially preventing neuronal apoptosis.
Four alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
