For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

This gene encodes a protein identified as a thyroid-specific transcription factor. It binds to the thyroglobulin promoter and regulates thyroid-specific gene expression, as well as genes involved in morphogenesis.
Mutations or deletions are associated with benign hereditary chorea, choreoathetosis, congenital hypothyroidism, neonatal respiratory distress, and potentially thyroid cancer.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
