Target Information
AXL은 만성 골수성 백혈병 관련 종양유전자이며, 결장암 및 흑색종과도 관련이 있습니다. AXL 단백질은 세포외기질로부터 성장인자(GAS6 등)를 결합하여 세포 내로 신호를 전달하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 세포 증식 자극에 관여합니다. TAM 수용체는 또한 아폽토시스 세포의 식세포 작용에 관여하며, TAM 수용체가 결핍된 생쥐는 자가면역성 루푸스 유사 증상을 보입니다. AXL은 또한 필로바이러스의 잠재적 진입 수용체로 기능할 수 있으며, 특정 인간 혈액 수지상세포(Siglec 6+/Axl+)의 표지자로 사용됩니다. Axl의 발현은 TLR 리간드(LPS, poly I:C 등)에 의해 상향 조절될 수 있고, 용해형 Axl은 막형태의 단백질 절단으로 생성됩니다. 혈장 내 Axl 농도 증가는 염증 및 암과 관련될 수 있습니다.
