Target Information
Axin2 단백질은 Wnt 신호 경로에서 β-catenin 안정성 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며, APC, β-catenin, GSK3-β 등과 복합체를 형성하여 β-catenin의 분해를 유도합니다. AXIN2 유전자는 17q23-q24에 위치하며, 유방암, 신경모세포종 등 다양한 종양에서 이 부위의 이형접합성 소실이 자주 관찰됩니다. 또한, AXIN2 변이는 불완전한 미스매치 수리 기능을 가진 대장암과 관련이 있습니다.
