- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
- Mouse anti-Bovine CD335 antibody, clone AKS1, recognizes bovine CD335 (NKp46), also known as Natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 1.
Target Information
NKp46 (CD335, NCR1) is a cytotoxicity-activating receptor that contributes to the enhanced efficiency of activated natural killer (NK) cells in mediating tumor cell lysis. It consists of two Ig-like domains similar to leukocyte immunoglobulin-like (LIR) and killer inhibitory receptors (KIR).
