Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The LDLRAP1 protein is a cytosolic protein containing a phosphotyrosine binding (PTB) domain that interacts with the cytoplasmic tail of the LDL receptor.
Mutations in this gene cause LDL receptor malfunction, leading to autosomal recessive hypercholesterolemia.
