Target Information
CD49b (Integrin alpha 2, Integrin alpha 2 chain, VLA-2 alpha chain, HM alpha 2)는 인테그린 패밀리의 구성원으로, CD29 (Integrin beta 1)와 복합체를 이루어 VLA-2 (Integrin α2β1, GPIa/IIa) 복합체를 형성합니다.
VLA-2는 laminin, collagen, fibronectin에 대한 세포외 수용체로 작용하며, 리간드 결합 시 세포 내 신호전달 경로를 활성화합니다.
VEGF 유도성 혈관신생, 세포 부착 및 림프구 활성화에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
CD49b는 NK 세포, NK-T 세포, 단핵구, 혈소판, 상피세포 및 일부 T/B 세포(특히 비장 CD4+ T 세포, 장 내 상피 및 고유판 림프구, LAG-3를 공동 발현하는 CD4+ Tr1 세포)에 발현됩니다.
