Product Specific Information
Store vial at -20°C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.

This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
This affinity purified antibody is directed against human TBK1. A BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with mouse TBK1 based on 100% sequence homology.
Target Information
TBK1 serine/threonine kinase is a member of the IKK family involved in NF-kappa B activation and IRF3 signaling. It is an essential mediator of gene expression during immune and inflammatory responses.
Phosphorylation of I-KB by the IKK complex leads to NF-KB activation.
TBK1 (also known as TANK-binding kinase 1, NAK, or T2K) activates IKK beta through direct phosphorylation and mediates IKK and NF-kB activation in response to growth factors.
It also plays a critical role in protecting embryonic liver from apoptosis.
