Target Information
SNRPD1 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein that belongs to the SNRNP core protein family. It may act as a charged protein scaffold to promote SNRNP assembly or strengthen SNRNP–SNRNP interactions through nonspecific electrostatic contacts with RNA.
