Applied Biosystems™ Axiom™ Multispecies 9 Genotyping Array (mini-96 format)
The Axiom Multispecies 9 Genotyping Array is designed for parentage verification and trait selection across multiple species including honeybee, sunflower, rice, soybean, common bean, bovine, ovine, equine, and canine. It is part of the Axiom Agrigenomics Genotyping solution, where genomic DNA is processed using the GeneTitan Multi-Channel Instrument through automated hybridization, staining, washing, imaging, and genotyping data output.
This array contains 48,440 SNPs selected for optimal genome coverage and high-throughput performance. It is also available in 384-HT format (Cat. No. 551416).
