Applied Biosystems™ Axiom™ Bovine Genotyping 100K Array, 384HT Format

The Applied Biosystems Axiom Bovine Genotyping 100K Array is part of the Axiom Agrigenomics Genotyping solution, where target genomic DNA is prepared and processed on the GeneTitan Multi-Channel Instrument.
This automated workflow includes hybridization of gDNA to the high-throughput microarray, followed by staining, washing, imaging, and genotyping data output for downstream analysis.

The array includes 100,000 markers and is designed for dairy genetic evaluations, trait selection, and parentage verification of cattle. It contains the CDCB-recommended markers as of April 2020 and provides balanced coverage across the Bos indicus genome to avoid gaps.

This array is also available in mini-96 format.
