Target Information
DOK proteins are adaptor or scaffolding proteins that serve as docking platforms for assembling multimolecular signaling complexes. DOK4 is involved in RET-mediated neurite outgrowth and positively regulates the MAP kinase pathway. It may play a role in neuronal differentiation and in regulating T-cell–induced immune responses.
