Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵을 가진 조혈세포에서 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소(PTP)로, 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지합니다. 비조혈세포 계열에서는 CD45가 발현되지 않으며, 림프구 발달과 항원 신호 전달에 중요한 역할을 합니다. CD45는 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 아이소폼 형태로 존재하며, 각 아이소폼은 세포 유형과 생리적 상태에 따라 발현 양상이 달라집니다. 또한 CD45는 T세포 및 B세포 항원 수용체 신호 조절, JAK 키나아제 억제, 세포 생존 및 면역 기능 조절에 관여합니다.
