Target Information
MSP (또는 MST1)은 네 개의 kringle 도메인과 serine protease 도메인을 포함하고 있으며, 간세포 성장인자(HGF)와 유사한 구조를 가집니다. 이 단백질은 serine protease 도메인을 가지고 있지만, 실제로는 효소 활성이 없을 수 있습니다. MSP의 수용체는 RON tyrosine kinase로, 활성화 시 섬모 상피 세포의 운동성을 자극합니다. MSP는 분비되어 α-체인과 β-체인으로 절단되며, 이들은 이황화 결합으로 연결되어 있습니다.
