- 본 항체는 Mouse 또는 Rat과 반응하지 않습니다.
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 실온에서 30분간 항체를 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C, 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
Vimentin은 중간섬유 단백질(Intermediate Filament Protein, IFP)로, 간엽 기원의 세포에서 발현됩니다. 이 단백질은 핵과 세포막 사이의 단백질 수송에 관여하며, 세포 발달 초기 단계에서 desmin과 함께 발현됩니다. 발달이 진행되면 조직 특이적 IFP로 대체됩니다. 또한, Vimentin은 스테로이드 합성 속도 조절에 관여하며, 인산화에 의해 세포골격 재배열 및 콜레스테롤 수송에 영향을 미칩니다.
