Target Information
CDON and BOC are cell surface receptors of the immunoglobulin repeat family involved in myogenic differentiation. They are coexpressed during development and form complexes with each other in a cis fashion. Both share structural similarity in ectodomains but have distinct cytoplasmic tails.
