Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is similar to a C. elegans protein that functions in phagocytosis of apoptotic cells and in cell migration. Members of the ELMO (Engulfment and Cell Motility) protein family interact with the dedicator of cytokinesis 1 (DOCK1) protein to promote phagocytosis and regulate cell shape changes.
