The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
ELF4 is a transcriptional activator that binds to DNA sequences containing the consensus 5′-WGGA-3′. It acts synergistically with RUNX1 to transactivate the IL3 promoter and also activates the PRF1 promoter in natural killer (NK) cells. ELF4 plays an important role in NK and NKT cell development and function, as well as in innate immunity.
