Target Information
BCL-10은 N-terminal CARD (Caspase Recruitment Domain)를 포함하는 단백질로, 적응 면역 반응에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 apoptosis 유도, pro-caspase-9 성숙, NIK 및 IKK를 통한 NF-kappa-B 활성화를 촉진합니다. 또한 상위 TNFR1-TRADD-RIP 복합체와 하위 NIK-IKK-IKAP 복합체 사이의 어댑터 단백질로 작용하며, MALT1의 기질로 알려져 있습니다. BCL-10 유전자 돌연변이는 면역결핍증 37형 또는 점막 관련 림프종과 관련이 있습니다.
