For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Antigen stimulation of immune cells triggers Ca++ entry through Ca++ release-activated Ca++ (CRAC) channels.
ORAI2 is one of two mammalian homologs to ORAI1, a four-transmembrane spanning protein essential for CRAC channel function.
Like ORAI1, ORAI2 acts as a highly selective Ca++ plasma membrane channel gated by interactions with STIM1, though with lower efficacy.
