Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The DMRT1 gene is part of a cluster with other family members sharing a zinc finger-like DNA-binding motif known as the DM domain, a conserved component of vertebrate sex-determining pathways.
It plays a key role in male development and exhibits gonad-specific, sexually dimorphic expression.
Defective testicular development and XY feminization occur when this gene is hemizygous.
