Target Information
UAP1 converts UDP and GlcNAc-1-P into UDP-GlcNAc, and UDP and GalNAc-1-P into UDP-GalNAc.
Isoform AGX1 exhibits 2–3 times higher activity toward GalNAc-1-P, whereas isoform AGX2 shows approximately 8 times higher activity toward GlcNAc-1-P.
