SLIT and NTRK-like family 1 (Slitrk1)는 여섯 개의 상동성 막단백질(Slitrk1–6)로 구성된 단백질군의 구성원입니다. 이들은 세포외 도메인에 두 개의 보존된 leucine-rich repeat 도메인을 공유하며, 축삭 성장 조절 단백질인 Slit과 높은 상동성을 갖습니다. 또한, 세포내 도메인에서는 neurotrophin 수용체 trk와 유사성을 보입니다.
