TNK1 (tyrosine kinase, non-receptor 1)은 tyrosine protein kinase 계열에 속하며, 세포 내 신호전달 경로 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 세포 증식, 생존, 발달에 관여하며, 태아 조직에서 높은 발현을 보이고 일부 성체 조직에서도 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다. TNK1은 Ras-Raf1-MAPK 경로의 음성 조절자로 작용하며, TNK1 결손 마우스는 자발적 종양을 형성하는 것으로 보고되어 종양 억제 유전자 역할을 시사합니다.
