Target Information
T세포 매개 면역 반응은 항원제시세포(APC)의 MHC 분자에 결합된 펩타이드에 의해 자극된 T 림프구에 의해 시작됩니다. 활성화된 T세포는 PD-1(PDCD-1로도 알려짐)과 같은 억제 수용체를 발현하여 APC로부터의 억제 신호를 매개함으로써 반응을 자가 조절합니다.
PD-1은 PDL-1 및 PDL-2 두 가지 리간드와 결합할 수 있으며, 이 결합을 통해 면역 반응을 억제합니다. PD-1 결핍 마우스에서 과도한 면역 활성화 및 자가면역 질환이 관찰됩니다. SDS-PAGE에서 예측된 분자량보다 높은 위치로 이동하는 경향이 있습니다.
