Product Specific Information
Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. Stable for several weeks at 4°C as undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Target Information
GST (Glutathione S-transferase) is a 26 kDa protein found in eukaryotes and prokaryotes, catalyzing various reactions. It is used to create the GST gene fusion system, allowing purification via high affinity for glutathione. Fusion proteins enable direct protein-to-protein interaction assays. The GST gene fusion system is widely used in expression vectors.
