H-2Kb는 CD3/TCR 및 CD8을 발현하는 T 세포에 항원을 제시하는 역할을 합니다.
다른 haplotype (예: d, f, j, k, p, q, r, s, u, v)에는 반응하지 않습니다.
Applications Reported: Flow Cytometric Analysis
Applications Tested: 마우스 비장세포(flow cytometric analysis)로 검증됨.
1 µg/test 이하 농도로 사용 권장.
1 test는 100 µL의 최종 부피에서 세포 샘플을 염색하는 데 필요한 항체량을 의미하며, 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 실험적으로 결정해야 합니다.
최적의 성능을 위해 항체를 적절히 적정하는 것을 권장합니다.
eFluor™ 450은 Pacific Blue™의 대체 형광체로, 405 nm 레이저로 여기되고 445 nm에서 방출됩니다.
