Product Specific Information
The 11-26c monoclonal antibody reacts with the delta heavy chain of mouse IgD, without cross-reactivity to IgA, IgG, or IgM. IgD is expressed by peripheral mature B cells, and 11-26c does not activate B cells.

- Applications Tested: Tested on mouse splenocytes; optimal use ≤ 0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
- Recommended: Titrate antibody for best performance.

Target Information
IgD is a type I transmembrane protein co-expressed with membrane IgM on mature naive B cells and also found as a soluble form in serum. It associates with the B cell receptor and mediates signal transduction upon antigen binding.
