Granzyme M은 인간에서 확인된 다섯 가지 granzyme serine protease 중 하나로, NK 세포와 세포독성 T 세포의 과립 내에 발현됩니다. 이들은 세포 내 기질 절단을 통해 표적 세포의 apoptosis를 유도하는 데 중요합니다. Granzyme M은 cytomegalovirus 복제 억제, 종양 세포의 apoptosis 유도, TLR4 유도 염증 반응에 관여하는 독특한 기능을 보입니다.

4B2G4 항체는 세포 내 염색 및 유세포 분석(Flow Cytometry)에 사용됩니다.

Applications Tested:
본 항체는 인간 말초혈액세포를 대상으로 Intracellular Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Set (Product # 88-8824-00)을 이용하여 시험되었습니다.
사용량은 5 µL (0.25 µg)/test이며, 한 테스트는 최종 100 µL 부피 내에서 염색할 수 있는 항체량을 의미합니다. 세포 수는 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 실험적으로 결정합니다.
