Target Information
PMEPA1 유전자는 Smad 상호작용 모티프(SIM)를 포함하는 막단백질을 암호화합니다. 안드로겐 및 TGF-β에 의해 발현이 유도되며, Smad 단백질과의 상호작용을 통해 안드로겐 수용체 및 TGF-β 신호 경로를 억제합니다. 과발현은 다양한 암 발생에 관여할 수 있습니다. 여러 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
