Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAGEA4 is a member of the MAGEA gene family, whose members share 50–80% sequence identity. Promoters and first exons vary among family members, allowing expression under different transcriptional controls. MAGEA genes are clustered at chromosomal location Xq28 and have been associated with hereditary disorders such as dyskeratosis congenita.
