Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain ~1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TRMT2A encodes a protein with an RNA methyltransferase domain and is orthologous to the mouse Trmt2a gene. Its expression varies during the cell cycle, and abnormal expression may serve as a biomarker in certain breast cancers. Multiple transcript variants encoding two isoforms have been identified.
