Phospho-Histone H3 (Ser10) Antibody는 Ser10에서 인산화된 Histone H3의 내인성 수준을 검출합니다.
Lys9이 아세틸화 또는 메틸화된 상태의 Ser10 인산화 형태는 인식하지 않으며, Ser28 인산화된 Histone H3와 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
다른 인산화 또는 아세틸화된 히스톤과도 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
Target Information
Histone H3는 모든 진핵세포의 크로마틴에서 발견되는 DNA 결합 단백질 중 하나입니다.
H3는 다른 코어 히스톤 단백질들과 함께 DNA에 결합하여 뉴클레오솜 구조를 형성합니다.
히스톤은 전사 조절, DNA 복제 및 수선, 염색체 안정성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
히스톤 H3의 N-말단 꼬리는 다양한 번역 후 수식(메틸화, 아세틸화, 인산화 등)을 통해 세포 내 과정에 영향을 미칩니다.
