PA3-910 detects Grasp65 from human, mouse, and rat samples.
This antibody has been successfully used in Western blot, IHC (paraffin), immunofluorescence, immunocytochemistry, and immunoprecipitation procedures.
The immunogen is a GST fusion protein containing the C-terminal residues (202–447) of rat Grasp65.
Target Information
Grasp65 is a structural protein of the Golgi apparatus and is implicated in the stacking of Golgi cisternae.
It has properties that allow it to bind surfaces together in a mitotically regulated manner.
