Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Murine KC (CXCL1).
Anti-Murine KC (CXCL1)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
Sandwich ELISA:
- Recommended concentration: 0.25–1.0 µg/mL (100 µL/well antibody solution)
- Use with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Murine KC (CXCL1) (500-P115) as capture antibody
- Detection limit: 0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Murine KC (CXCL1)
Western Blot:
- Recommended concentration: 0.1–0.2 µg/mL
- Detection limit: 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions

Target Information
CXCL1, CXCL2, and CXCL3 (also known as GRO alpha, GRO beta/MIP-2 alpha, and GRO gamma/MIP-2 beta) are members of the CXC chemokine subfamily.
Mature CXCL1/2/3 proteins bind with high affinity to IL-8 receptor type B and act as potent neutrophil attractants and activators.
Processed forms GRO-alpha(4-73), GRO-alpha(5-73), and GRO-alpha(6-73) exhibit approximately 30-fold higher chemotactic activity in vitro.
