Target Information
TREM1 (Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1)은 Ig superfamily에 속하는 수용체로, 호중구 및 단핵구 매개 염증 반응을 증폭시킵니다. 세균 및 진균 감염 시 염증성 케모카인과 사이토카인의 분비를 자극하고, 세포 활성화 표지자의 발현을 증가시킵니다.
TREM1은 TREM2 등 관련 단백질과 함께 염증 반응 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 염증성 장 질환(IBD)과 관련되어 TNF, IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1의 생성 증가와 연관됩니다.
