Target Information
TREM1 (Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1)은 Ig superfamily에 속하는 수용체로, 세균 및 진균 감염 시 중성구와 단핵구의 염증 반응을 증폭시킵니다. 이는 TNF, IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1 등의 염증성 사이토카인 분비를 유도하고, 세포 활성화 마커의 발현을 증가시킵니다.
TREM1 및 관련 TREM2 단백질은 염증 반응 조절에 관여하며, TREM1은 염증성 장질환과도 관련이 있습니다.
