Target Information
CD73 (Ecto-5'-nucleotidase, 5'-ribonucleotide phosphohydrolase)는 중성 pH에서 purine 5'-mononucleotides를 nucleosides로 전환하는 효소로, AMP를 선호하는 기질로 사용합니다.
CD73은 두 개의 동일한 70 kDa 서브유닛으로 이루어진 이합체(dimer)이며, glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol 결합을 통해 세포막 외부에 위치합니다.
CD73은 림프구 분화의 마커로 사용되며, 결핍 시 다양한 면역결핍 질환이 발생할 수 있습니다.
다른 형태의 5'-nucleotidase는 세포질과 리소좀에 존재하며, 기질 친화도, Mg²⁺ 요구성, ATP 활성화, 무기 인산염에 의한 억제 등으로 CD73과 구분됩니다.
CD73 유전자는 인간 염색체 6q14–q21에 위치하며, 결함 시 관절 및 동맥 석회화, 장결핵 등의 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
두 가지 전사 변이체(transcript variants)가 보고되어 있으며, 서로 다른 isoform을 인코딩합니다.
